And now, we’re taking a huge leap forward by adding Magnet One Process, a powerful new cloud processing engine that marries our leading-edge digital evidence processing technology with the limitless power of the cloud to dramatically accelerate your investigative workflows!

Magnet One Process will enable you to process evidence with unprecedented speed and scale.  You’ll be able to turn digital data into valuable artifacts in a fraction of the time it takes today, and with the ability to process multiple evidence sources in parallel. At the same time, by moving your digital evidence processing to the cloud you’ll also free up your local forensics workstations in your lab for other important tasks like device access and analysis.

The new Mobile Case Stream experience

With Magnet One Process added to Magnet One, we’re unlocking a new set of experiences that will amplify the critical work of your digital forensics teams with transformative cloud-enhanced workflows to help shape a smarter approach to digital investigations across your agency. 

We call these new workflow experiences Case Streams and today, we’re proud to announce our first one: Magnet One Mobile Case Stream!

Magnet One Mobile Case Stream is a groundbreaking mobile forensics experience that turns mobile devices into instant sources of truth by uncovering critical mobile evidence in real-time. With Mobile Case Stream, time to evidence is slashed from days—or even weeks—to minutes. Your lab will be able to get critical mobile evidence into the hands of investigative teams faster than ever before, unlocking key insights and actionable leads when they matter most—right at the start of your case. Mobile Case Stream will also make it easier for your lab to provide mobile evidence to your teams by removing many of the manual steps and hassles that might be slowing you down today.

Mobile Case Stream combines the power of the Magnet One platform and Magnet One Process, the unmatched mobile access capabilities of Magnet Graykey, and the seamless case collaboration of Magnet Review to accelerate every step of your mobile investigations.

When accessing and extracting a mobile device with Graykey, you’ll have a new Mobile Case Stream option that will prioritize the extraction of critical mobile artifacts like pictures, chats, and geolocation – artifacts that are extremely useful in the initial hours of your case. These artifacts will be automatically streamed to Magnet One for processing as they’re being extracted, saving valuable time and effort. You’ll be able to kick off the entire Mobile Case Stream workflow right from your Graykey, with the option to add these artifacts to an existing Magnet One case or create a new case with them.

As the mobile artifacts are received in Magnet One, Magnet One Process will immediately begin processing them with no manual steps required, further reducing your time to evidence. You can use Magnet One to monitor progress of the extraction and processing and easily add investigative team members to the case.

As your artifacts are processed, they’ll then be automatically sent to Magnet Review for immediate sharing, and you ‘ll be able to see the progress of each individual artifact as it’s ingested into Review in the Cash Dashboard. Your investigative teams members assigned to the case will be instantly notified when their evidence is ready, and they can then use Review’s powerful collaboration and search tools to work together to quickly uncover the evidence they need to make their case.

Along with the evidence files in Review, Magnet One will also generate a Magnet Axiom case so that you’ll have the same case data available in Axiom and be able to sync investigator tags and comments from Review. You’ll also get the source extraction data files that you can use to help validate the artifacts.

In addition to the speed and simplicity of Mobile Case Stream, your case will also benefit from all of the other powerful Magnet One case management and collaboration capabilities, including easy sharing of data across your tools and workflows, real-time notifications, and case metrics for greater visibility into your lab and its performance.
