Honoring public safety agencies who go above and beyond
We’re proud to recognize the tremendous work of public safety agencies around the world with the Magnet Forensics Agency Impact Award, presented each year at the Magnet User Summit.
What is the Agency Impact Award?
This award celebrates public safety agencies that use digital forensics to:
Solve complex and high-impact cases
Protect and bring justice to victims, especially vulnerable populations
Amplify digital forensics capabilities within their region
Foster collaboration with peers and partner agencies
Share knowledge and give backto the broader DFIR community
Drive technical innovation using Magnet Forensics tools
This recognition goes beyond an award—it’s a celebration of courage, excellence, and community impact.

International Agency Impact Award winner: South Wales Police
New in 2026, Magnet Forensics introduced the International Agency Impact Award to recognize outstanding contributions to digital investigations by agencies outside North America.
The inaugural award was presented to South Wales Police in recognition of the agency’s leadership in modern investigative practices. By adopting SaaS‑based solutions, the agency enabled faster arrests in major cases, reduced delays in evidence sharing, and improved outcomes for the public.

Agency Impact Award winner: Rochester Police Department
Rochester Police Department is the recipient of the 2026 Magnet Forensics Agency Impact Award.
Rochester Police Department was honored for its dedication to investigative excellence in service of the community, extending its impact beyond its jurisdiction by supporting state, county, and regional agencies with forensic expertise, evidence processing, and training.
