Cybersecurity Frameworks and Cyber Hygiene

This presentation will address the similarities and difference between cyber hygiene and cyber security frameworks. Additionally, it will include a short discussion about some of the pros and cons of some of the major frameworks including IS0 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC2, etc.
